PHYSIO-LED MAT PILATES

Our small group Mat Pilates classes focus on postural alignment by strengthening your core muscles and increasing flexibility.  These floor-based exercise classes aim to challenge your core and flexibility while ensuring you perform the exercises safely and effectively.

Our Mat Pilates classes are taught by Laura Millar and David Cooper, experienced physiotherapists who will provide you with expert understanding and experience of injury prevention and rehab. Exercises are challenging while ensuring appropriate modifications for your body.

Classes are sold in 7-week blocks with the following options:

Dungannon: Tuesday at 7pm, Wednesday at 9:30am, or Friday at 9:30am

Belfast: Thursday, 9:30am

The first block of classes will begin the week beginning the 11th September.

All classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

REFORMER PILATES

The aim of Pilates at Back on Track is to build strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury or building bulk. Reformer Pilates has exercises like Footwork, the Hundred, Short Spine, and Long Stretch that make your legs, abs, back, and arms work hard. You need a reformer machine that has a frame, a carriage, a footbar, straps, and blocks. You can also use items like a ring, a band, or a ball for dynamic movement. Pilates helps to restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self confidence. We want to help you to achieve a balanced and aligned body, that looks fit and feels refreshed.
